The interested party will be entirely responsible for choosing each the above mentioned services. TEMPORARY VISAS Cultural Visa Temporary Visa III: For travelers under contract for artistic or athletic/sports performance in Brazil or whenever a paid admission is involved. VISA APPLICATION FORM CLICK HERE Procedures: 1. in Brazil, submission of contract directly to the Brazilian Ministry of Labor ("Coordenação de Imigração") for the necessary approval. 2. in Canada, once obtained the approval, submission to the Embassy of one visa application form per applicant, properly filled out (front and back) and signed (parents must sign for those under 18), together with a valid passport and one recent passport-size photo. Visa fee: CDN$ 72.00 per visa in certified check or money order payable to the Embassy of Brazil in Ottawa. A handling fee of CDN$ 18.00 applies to all applications processed by mail. This handling fee DOES NOT cover postal charges. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope or a pre-paid courier slip. |
